Just...Dawn, it will come back within another month. Just get back to normality (that means weekly events or whatever you usually do) and normality will quickly return. All you have to do is wait for it to happen. Just enjoy the journey. Good luck with your adventure race.

Dave, you know it makes sense! :-)Nickhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07454804247569172043noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1630370531945018065.post-12015430258439617622011-07-10T22:07:25.267+01:002011-07-10T22:07:25.267+01:00nice perspective nick :)nice perspective nick :)ultra colliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11255286025113300247noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1630370531945018065.post-20613918500455627942011-07-09T23:43:53.603+01:002011-07-09T23:43:53.603+01:00Nick, I know what you mean about too much time off...Nick, I know what you mean about too much time off. Just had a month of enforced time off after the Housman, and am back to running pain-free now, but my legs feel flat. Can't wait until I get a long run in again, but it's going to hurt (and be very slow, I'm sure). Good luck on the Lakeland 100, I'll be in the Lakes that weekend as well doing the Open24 Adventure Race.Dawnhttp://hikerdawn.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.com
