uc, they said 6 weeks in plaster. I go tomorrow for the cast after a 3-day wait for the appointment. Rich, the coincidence is too stark. They probably finished off something that was already lurking in the wings. Otherwise how could I run Rombald's without a prob on Sat, walk on Sun in shoes with a slight niggle and be instantly in pain on Monday on the run to work?
chin up Nick. You will soon be back in action. 6 weeks in the grand scheme of things is not such a long time. wishing you good health and a speedy recovery in time for Fellsman. Can't wait to share this race together. stu
uc, how come you know me so well? We've only met fleetingly. Am I thaty obvious? ;-)
stu, I'm coping so far - (relatively) chilled and resigned. It's a waiting game. The spring is coiling. I'm hoping to release it gently well before 6 weeks are up.
