A nice evening run to ease the legs three days after Northants Ultra. It was very local to me, winding its way through Lyme Park and along parts of the Kettleshulme fell race route of a week ago. I could not believe how much the ground had dried within a week.
After a slow start I managed to pick up and pick off other runners on the descent to the finish. My time of 1:04:35 might have been slowed a little by the Northants Ultra but as this was my first time I had nothing to compare against.
